- Spring onions
- Bell peppers
- Black pepper crushed
- Chili flakes
- Soy sauce
- Chili sauce
Fry onions until they get transparent. Do not burn them, or else they will make your pasta bitter. Then add tomatoes and mash them to make a nice paste. Then add the spices and the sauces. Could you give it a nice mix? After that, add all the veggies that you like or the one mentioned above. Mix them properly so that the spices infuse in them as well.
Side by side, boil the pasta to a well-cooked state. Strain the excess water out of it and mix it in the vegetable mixture that was created. Cook for 2 minutes and then enjoy!
This is yet another vegetarian recipe that is very easy to make and tasty. As the name stated, it has pasta in it, which can be of any shape. The ingredients to this beautiful and easy recipe are:
- Basil leaves
- Black pepper
- Texas Pete dressing (optional)
Procedure: boil the pasta AlDante. Meanwhile, you will have to toss all the vegetables and leaves in some olive oil in a bowl. Then add vinegar, a pinch of salt, and freshly crushed black pepper. This is my version of Alfredo pasta as I wouldn’t say I like to eat it with chicken. This pasta is all about adding a nice creamy and cheesy touch to the pasta for your dinner. Ingredients are:
- Mozzarella cheese
- Plain white flour
- Crush black pepper
Procedure: boil the pasta properly and set it aside. Then make the alfredo sauce by adding a spoon full of butter to a pan and melting it. After that, add some flour and roast it till it gets light brown color. Then add milk to make a smooth paste. Keep on stirring to avoid lumps. Then add some mozzarella cheese and keep ongoing. Add the spices as you like. Then add the boiled pasta along with peas that are cooked as well. Could you give it a mix and enjoy eating it?
